About the Role Credenza Health, in partnership with National Health Care Associates and PPS, is offering per diem Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) shifts in Long-Term Care and Rehab Facilities to deliver compassionate, personalized resident care. What You'll Do
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Collaborating with the nursing team to develop care plans
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents What We're Looking For
- Valid state Nursing Assistant License (LNA)
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
