Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Supervision and Capacity building
- Conduct regular supportive supervision for Volunteer Ward Supervisors (VWS) and Volunteer Mobilizers (VCMs) using the approved ODK supervision tool.
- Mentor the VCM network on interpersonal communication (IPC), accurate data documentation, routine immunization (RI), antenatal care (ANC), defaulter tracking, and referral systems.
