About the Role Block's US Regulatory Team sits at the intersection of financial services, licensing, and government relations, and is charged with ensuring that Block comply with the law and maintain strong relationships across regulators. This role serves as a subject matter expert on consumer and commercial lending regulation, leading cross-functional regulatory and bank partnership issues, and advising senior business, product, and compliance stakeholders as Block scales novel consumer financial products. What You'll Do
- Provide legal and regulatory advice on our lending products to the Counsel team and business partners on lending regs, including Reg Z, Reg B, Fair Lending, and state lending licensing regulations.
