- Pflegequalität überwachen, sichern und verbessern auf der Ambulanz für Kinder- und Jugendheilkunde im 24-Stunden-Betrieb (Spezialambulanzen, Manchester-Triage-System, Kinderherzalarm).
- Personalführung und Ressourceneinsatz im Pflegebereich.
- Bereichsleitung nach Zielvorgaben unter Berücksichtigung der Wirtschaftlichkeit.
- Organisation und Überwachung von Sachmitteln.
