Your responsibilities
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung der Gruppe Operation & Submarine Training Command Systems (OSC) mit Mitarbeitenden aus den Fachbereichen Nautik und Führungs- und Einsatzmittel
- Sicherstellung der bedarfsgerechten Qualifikation und individuellen Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
- Aktives Schnittstellen- und Projektmanagement sowie Fähigkeit zum interdisziplinären Austausch mit Sales, Product Management, Engineering
- Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Ressourcen- und Personaleinsatz in einem Multiprojektumfeld für die Bereiche Inbetriebnahme, Seeerprobungen und Schiffsbetrieb
- Verantwortung für Stunden- und Kostenbudgets sowie Kontrolle der Auslastung
