About the Role Avon Healthcare seeks a proactive Legal Officer to support its Legal Department in providing advisory services, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing contracts and policies, supporting company secretarial functions, and overseeing data protection and privacy compliance. The role will involve drafting agreements, developing policies, coordinating governance, and supporting litigation and IP management to protect the company's interests. What You'll Do
- Manage the drafting, review, negotiation, and administration of contracts and legal agreements.
- Develop, review, and update company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Support the management and protection of the company’s intellectual property portfolio.
