What You'll Be Doing

Partner with business teams to provide practical, solution-oriented legal advice.
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements.
Support a broad range of legal, corporate, governance, and compliance matters.
Serve as a key legal contact for North American corporate matters.
Contribute to ESG/CSR, privacy, consumer protection, and marketing initiatives.
Collaborate closely with members of the legal team on strategic projects and emerging legal issues. What We're Looking For
Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar.
0–3 years of experience in private practice and/or an in-house legal department, ideally with exposure to commercial law.
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
A practical, proactive approach to problem-solving.
