About the Role PalmPay is expanding its legal function to support a fast-growing fintech in the Philippines. The role focuses on managing contracts, providing legal counsel to product and operations, handling disputes, mitigating risk, and overseeing intellectual property. What You'll Do
- Full Lifecycle Contract Management: Draft, review, revise, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents; establish contract template library; optimize approvals to protect the company's interests and limit risks.
- Legal Advisory & Business Support: Provide day-to-day legal advice to product, operations, marketing, risk, and other teams; assess legal risk for new product launches; interpret Philippine consumer credit laws and advise on compliant business models (compliance systems handled by compliance team).
