About the Role PalmPay is seeking an in-house Legal Counsel to support our fast-growing fintech operations in the Philippines. The role provides end-to-end legal support across contracts, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, risk management, and intellectual property to enable responsible growth of our mobile installment solutions. - Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents, including partnership agreements with mobile retailers/distributors/brand owners; agreements with payment service providers, e-wallets, banks and other financial institutions; data access agreements with data service providers and credit bureaus (e.g., CIC); service agreements with collection agencies and outsourced service providers; user loan agreements and installment service agreements; maintain a contract template library; optimize…
