About this role
About the Role As Legal Counsel in Spain, you will provide legal support to Johnson & Johnson's MedTech businesses in Spain. You will collaborate with the Legal Director Iberia MedTech to enable compliant growth, manage complex commercial agreements, and support governance and regulatory obligations across the Spanish entities. What You'll Do
- Provide operational day-to-day legal support for Johnson & Johnson MedTech businesses in Spain, in collaboration with the Legal Director Iberia MedTech.
- Review, draft and negotiate critical complex commercial agreements including distribution and agency agreements, as well as arrangements with private hospital groups, insurance companies and public hospitals.
