About the Role Datwyler is seeking a Legal Counsel specializing in IP and technology-related contracts to safeguard intellectual property and support strategic business partnerships. This role provides end-to-end contract support across commercial, R&D and technology-driven activities, ensuring compliance with applicable legal frameworks and risk-informed decision-making. What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end legal reviews of complex IP, supply, R&D, and technology agreements from initial draft to final execution.
- Protect corporate intellectual property during commercial transactions, ensuring full legal compliance and alignment with business goals.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of legal-tech tools, including automated NDA workflows and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
