About the Role Legal Counsel to support Cytiva's global business operations with a focus on commercial law, contract management, compliance training, corporate governance, and dispute resolution. You will partner with internal stakeholders and global legal teams (including Danaher China) to assess legal risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable strategic growth across regions. What You'll Do
- Commercial Legal Support: Support strategic business initiatives and cross-functional projects; advise internal stakeholders on legal risks, regulatory requirements, and company policies; support M&A, joint ventures, localization and other strategic transactions as needed.
