Our Antitrust Practice provides specialized legal counsel on complex antitrust and competition law matters, guiding clients through the competitive landscape of global markets. We focus on a broad range of issues, including merger clearance, cartel investigations, monopolization, class action defense, pharmaceutical antitrust litigation, state aid awards, foreign direct investment and compliance. Our team assists clients in structuring transactions to comply with antitrust laws, represents them in regulatory reviews and enforcement actions, and defends against allegations of anti-competitive conduct.
