About the Role
Westfield School is a primary special school for children with Communication and Interaction difficulties within the moderate learning difficulties range. We are expanding to meet demand and seek enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join our primary team, providing high-quality support to pupils with SEN in a calm, welcoming environment. Ongoing training and staff development are integral to our ethos.
What You'll Do

Work in a calm, welcoming environment with positive relationships at the core.

Support learning within EYFS and KS1 of the national curriculum to ensure pupils make progress.

Contribute to safeguarding and pupil well-being; support mental health.

Engage in frequent bespoke training and development activities; work as part of a collaborative team.
