This role oversees learning platforms, program operations, learner communications, and training data to ensure effective program delivery. This role integrates AI tools, platforms, and methodologies into training programs, develops manager enablement resources and learning materials, facilitates selected training sessions, and prepares presentations and reporting that support business decisions and program effectiveness.
