We are seeking a highly skilled Lean Academy and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Leader to spearhead the development and implementation of Lean methodologies across our manufacturing facilities and diverse skill teams. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your skills as a strategic thinker and practitioner to translate complex Lean principles into actionable training and operational improvements. You will also be responsible for delivering monthly comprehensive training sessions to a global workforce, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
