About the Role This self-directed and detail-oriented individual is responsible for assisting the supervisor of the department, as well as orderly operation of the T&P valves department. This includes completion of production orders in a timely fashion, support of lean transformation, employee engagement, and problem solving. What You'll Do
- Maintain a safe work environment and culture for all associates, following all safety rules and regulations, and escalating all safety concerns immediately. Ensure that any job-related injury and/or illness is reported immediately to the Supervisor.
- Maintain constant communication with the supervisor to coordinate work assignments to meet customer demands and shipping schedules.
- Assist employees by solving problems, answering questions, reviewing quality, and training employees.
