About the Role The Visual Merchandising Lead (Visual Lead) partners with store management and the District Visual Manager to execute the store’s visual merchandising and display strategy. This role also coaches and develops the visual team to uphold standards, maximize productivity, and drive sales while delivering an inspiring in-store experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead visual merchandising and display; partner with GM/DVM to map, plan and execute floorset timeline targets to drive sales and seasonal strategy
- Lead and maintain daily disciplines for markdowns, promotions/signage, replenishment, and recovery
- Collaborate with GM and DVM on adaptations from directives to account for store ownership, layout or customer needs
- Analyze reporting to identify opportunities to improve profitability and drive results
