- Busca y sugiere oportunidades de mejora dentro del área de manufactura que puedan traducirse en proyectos
- Preparar la definición del proyecto, la ingeniería conceptual, los equipos patrocinadores y ejecutores
- Comunica de forma efectiva el alcance del proyecto al equipo de trabajo
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos del usuario
- Preparar el detalle de la factibilidad del proyecto incluyendo todas las variables involucradas (Calidad, Seguridad, Mantenimiento, Manufactura, etc.)
