About the Role Lead Teller serves as a resource for identifying and resolving client servicing issues, acting as the primary troubleshooter for complex problems in the branch, and enhancing client relationships through distinctive service.
What You'll Do
- Identify and resolve client servicing issues and troubleshoot complex problems in the branch.
- Ask questions and listen to clients to uncover financial needs and opportunities.
- Transition clients to a banker to deepen relationships and provide appropriate financial solutions.
- Provide outstanding customer service and represent KeyBank in branch interactions.
