About the Role Lead Teller serves as a resource for client servicing in KeyBank communities, acting as a primary troubleshooter for complex client service needs. The role focuses on strengthening client relationships through distinctive in-branch service, coaching Tellers, and ensuring smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to clients and businesses in KeyBank communities.
- Identify and resolve client servicing issues and transition clients to a banker for deeper financial wellness conversations.
- Observe and coach Tellers to enhance the client experience and operational effectiveness.
- Manage day-to-day Teller scheduling, staffing, and branch compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls.
