About the Role The Lead, Technology Resiliency Governance leads the day-to-day governance, oversight, and continuous improvement of the enterprise technology resiliency program. This role ensures that Disaster Recovery (DR), Backup & Recovery, Point-in-Time Recovery (PiTR), Cyber Recovery, Observability, Capacity Management, and Technology Resiliency standards are consistently implemented, measured, and maintained across the organization. The Lead partners with Infrastructure Engineering, Application Development, Cloud Engineering, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, SRE, Technology Operations, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Business Continuity teams to ensure technology resiliency controls are effective, compliant, and aligned with regulatory expectations.
