About the Role As a Lead Software Engineer at iptiQ by Swiss Re, you will own significant cross-domain initiatives, influence architectural direction, and guide engineering teams through complex technical challenges. You will partner with Senior Engineering Managers (SEMs), architects, and cross-functional leads to plan and deliver large, strategic programs, and serve as a technical role model to raise the engineering maturity of your domain. What You'll Do
- Drive and deliver multi-quarter, cross-domain initiatives and support SEMs with planning, estimation accuracy, and technical alignment.
- Lead technical grooming for complex, cross-domain features and guide story preparation for small to medium domain work.
- Shape and communicate technical proposals (RFCs) and guide them through CTO-level decision-making.
