About the Role In this key role you will provide support and solutions to overcome issues encountered by the customer and to optimise usage of the systems for them. You will work with local and global teams within SimCorp and mentor less experienced consultants to ensure successful delivery of SimCorp Dimension-related services in Mexico City.
What You'll Do
- Own the overall success of the project, ensuring it meets the client’s goals and timelines; ensure deliverables meet the required standards, identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert in complex project issues resolution, stepping in to support the team and client as needed.
- Take ownership of specific project tasks or deliverables, guiding the team efforts, often overseeing multiple workstreams or projects simultaneously.
