About the Role Lead Safety & Security Officer to safeguard guests, associates, and property. Responsible for key control audits, CCTV monitoring, incident response, and maintaining confidentiality of security information. What You'll Do
- Conduct key control audits; monitor electronic key boxes; issue/receive master keys, radios, beepers and ensure safekeeping.
- Patrol all areas of the property; assist guests with room access; monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
- Respond to accidents; contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required; assist during emergencies; notify appropriate individuals; diffuse disturbances.
- Complete incident reports for Security/Loss Prevention; process paperwork; maintain confidentiality; release information to authorized individuals.
