About this role
About the Role As a Lead Program Manager, you’ll be a key team member of the Program Management office reporting to the Portfolio Program manager of the Pro Electrified Products Design Center. This is a hybrid role based in Towson, MD. You will manage cross-functional New Product Development programs, focusing on risk management, coordination of activities, and high-impact decisions, including projects with high innovation, complexity and capital spend. - Direct Program Management: Engineering New Product Development Focus - leveraging cross-functional knowledge of New Product Development methodologies to effectively manage risks, coordinate project activities and make appropriate decisions
