About the Role
The Lead Planner, Subcon Test (OSAT) is a Senior Operations Planner who applies broad knowledge to own and manage the supply plan for a complex product line or factory area. The role is a key driver of the master production schedule, leading analysis of capacity and materials to create an optimized plan, and operates with autonomy as a primary interface between the master schedule and factory execution. What You'll Do
- Consolidate, Analyze, plan, initiate, and execute all activities related to Test Operations to ensure on-time delivery to meet customer expectations and support company goals and objectives.
- Proactively identify capacity bottlenecks or constraints that would delay deliveries for downstream production, and/or result in significant impact on MPS.
