Lead Line Cook Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional kitchen experience preferred
- Experience as a lead line cook, sous chef, senior line cook, or similar role a plus
- Strong knowledge of line cooking, food prep, and kitchen operations
- Proven ability to lead and direct a kitchen team while remaining hands-on
