About the Role As the Lead for Launch Excellence (LEx) for vaccines in China, you will drive end-to-end planning and execution to ensure successful market entry, accelerated ramp-up, and optimized product performance across the full launch lifecycle. You will coordinate cross-functional planning, maintain the 10-year CSP for the vaccine portfolio, and translate market intelligence into actionable strategic recommendations.
