About the Role Lead Instructors (RBT/BT) are experienced professionals who work side by side with in-person BCBAs to deliver ABA services and meaningful outcomes for children and families. You’ll grow your clinical skills while partnering with families and mentoring new clinical Trainees. At FirstSteps for Kids, our Lead Instructors are actively involved in treatment, providing frequent in-person coaching and collaboration with BCBAs to support families and ensure strong outcomes. What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality ABA therapy in client homes, their schools, and in our center settings.
- Partner closely with in-person BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans and continue growing your own clinical skills.
- Coach parents and caregivers so they feel confident supporting their child's learning and carrying programs into everyday routines.
