About the Role The Space & Missions Systems Segment seeks a strategic HR business partner to support Engineering and Security leadership within the Space Systems division. This on-site role in Colorado Springs reports to the Director, Human Resources for Core Functions and partners to translate strategic plans into actionable people initiatives that drive business results. What You'll Do
- Partner directly with the Director of HR and leadership to deliver strategies to drive engagement, talent acquisition and development, organizational effectiveness, and continuous improvement aligned with the annual operating plan.
- Build strong partnerships with leaders and employees, providing trusted counsel on organizational and employee matters.
- Proactively identify challenges, diagnose root causes, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance employee engagement and drive business results.
