About the Role The Lead Forward Deployed Engineer is part of Salesforce's delivery organization, responsible for designing, building, and deploying agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments. You will lead a delivery pod — partnering closely with a Deployment Strategist to co-build solutions that go live in production environments from day one, spanning configuration, customization, and full-stack deployment across some of the largest enterprises in the world.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and build of AI agents and experiences that take real actions for real organisations — owning complex technical components end-to-end from architecture choice through to deployed, validated, and observable in production, including agent intelligence design, prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integration with customer systems.
