We are a global leader in Customer Data Science, partnering with retailers and brands to put the customer at the heart of every decision. Our Retail Media initiatives help advertisers connect with consumers through personalized campaigns across retailers’ digital and physical touchpoints. We seek a talented Lead Engineer with backend expertise to lead the development of a product that enables Retailers to transform their Retail Media business, maximize ad revenue, and scale massively. You will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering high-quality software solutions, contribute to system architecture, and ensure engineering best practices are followed. Your technical leadership, drive, and ability to deliver will be key to the success of our products.
