Responsibilities The candidate should have a good understanding of avionics products, processes, tools and methodologies and interface with the customer and other stakeholders for the program execution. The candidate must be an expert in Flight Management System Product Architecture, systems and Design for Airbus FMS baselines. Responsible for all program deliverables, including schedule, cost, scope, quality and customer expectations and effective utilization of resources (people, benches and other infrastructures) Responsible for formulating strategies for effective growth, RMU acceleration, productivity, and people engagement in collaboration with SBGs/SBUs. Driving program roadmaps, deploying improvement projects Lean Product development and Software excellence initiatives across all programs.
