Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality clinical care within the Pharmacy service

Participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds and case conferences

Mentor junior staff and contribute to teaching programmes

Uphold clinical governance, documentation, and patient safety standards

Support quality improvement and audit initiatives

Collaborate with allied specialties to ensure seamless patient pathways

Qualifications and Experience
-
B.Pharm with PCN registration and hospital-pharmacy leadership experience
-
Current registration with the applicable Nigerian regulatory body, where required
-
8+ years working experience
