About the Role Main Purpose: To lead contract management activities by providing end-to-end oversight, drive contracting strategy implementation, ensure strong governance, mitigate risks and enable seamless execution of contractual obligations across projects and business unit. What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, negotiation and award support, execution, compliance monitoring, amendments and closure.
- Act as the main point of contact for complex contractual negotiations with vendors, contractors and partners ensuring commercial and legal alignment.
- Identify, assess and mitigate contractual risks by providing advice on risk allocation, indemnities, liquidated damages, warranties and performance obligations.
