Overview: Lead Accountant responsible for overseeing financial and accounting operations, interpreting financial results, supporting strategic decisions, and ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial and accounting operations
- Interpret financial results and recommend process improvements
- Support strategic financial decision-making
- Prepare budgets and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax laws and accounting standards
- Manage cash flow forecasting and bank relationships
Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks is an advantage)
- Professional qualification (ICAN, CFA, CIMA, etc.) is an added advantage
