About the Role The 24-month trainee program aims to provide a fast track for high-potential individuals to run operational positions within LDC Vietnam. It offers extensive on-the-job training in production operations, including Processing/ Production, Warehousing, and Quality control. After completing the training, the successful applicant will perform operational roles in the Green Coffee platform in Vietnam. What You'll Do
- Participate in the activities of the company's areas and align with career evolution; meet the Program's schedule (rotations, evaluations, training, tutoring meetings)
- Seek feedback from the manager about personal and professional performance
- Participate as a member of the Management System; participate in the SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) Toolbox
