About the Role This is an 18-month graduate trainee program in LDC's Coffee/Agri-Commercial track designed to build foundational knowledge and professional skills across trading, research and marketing, with rotations across functions and mentoring from business leaders. What You'll Do
- Rotations across Trading, Marketing, Research, and Sustainability with exposure to trade execution, research and market analytics.
- Monitor daily trading environment, predict market movement, and support completion/execution of trades and deals with clients.
- Maintain and analyze data, create dashboards for business reporting and analytics.
- Ensure compliance with risk controls and assist with contract execution and logistics coordination.
