At Cuatrecasas, we are looking for a Lawyer with 3 to 4 years of experience in the Finance practice, specializing in all types of financing transactions, including corporate and acquisition finance, structured and project finance, real estate finance, as well as the design of financing and debt refinancing structures, to join our team in Madrid or Barcelona. The preferred location is Madrid or Barcelona. However, given the national structure of the practice as a single team, there is flexibility to work from any of the Firm’s offices in Spain if this is more convenient for the candidate. Previous experience in a law firm with similar characteristics to ours, or extensive knowledge of the market in this area of practice, will be highly valued.
