Laundry Room Student Attendant
About this role
The laundry room attendant position is an on-campus job that requires students to wash athletics teams' practice clothing, uniforms, towels, and other miscellaneous items and hang/dry items appropriately.
Other information: Attendant will be working in one of our two laundry areas, either Thompson Gymnasium or Bower's Center. Attendant may NOT exceed 4 hours of work at a time. NO EXCEPTIONS. While the laundry is washing, attendants are expected to sit in designated areas until the cycle finishes. Once the washing cycle is finished, hang all uniforms on hangers and/or place other items in the dryer. Label bins with the CLEAN/DIRTY SIGNS in BOWERS. Attendant is to keep the laundry spaces clean and tidy (no random socks/hangers laying on the floor).
