About the Role Join PacifiCorp’s Labor Relations team and play a key role in building collaborative relationships between management, employees, and union leadership. As a Labor Relations Specialist, you will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner, helping leaders navigate collective bargaining agreements, contract administration, grievance resolution, and workplace investigations, with the goal of fostering a respectful, compliant, and collaborative work environment that supports safe, reliable energy for the communities we serve. What You'll Do
- Regularly meets with management in the field to determine and develop a collaborative labor strategy.
- Provide end-to-end management and resolution of interpretation of the CBA, grievances and union information requests, escalated union concerns, targeted leadership training, and general labor relations support.
