About this role
About the Role The Laboratory Technician III at Tolmar ensures the smooth flow of lab glassware, supplies, materials, and information in compliance with cGMP. This on-site role supports Lab Ops and QA by maintaining equipment, data integrity, and cleanroom-like operations while escalating bottlenecks to management as needed. What You'll Do
- Prioritize workload to meet timelines while ensuring on-time delivery of projects, testing and action items.
- Take ownership of tasks from initiation to completion to meet commitments; proactively address outcomes.
- Escalate items per department escalation strategy; execute business and department goals on time.
- Ensure adherence to processes and procedures including training completions, CAPA due dates, notebook and logbook audits, archiving schedules, internal assessments.
- Ensure all samples logged into LIMS are submitted correctly.
