We are seeking a motivated and curious Lab Assistant to support datacenter and hardware operations while learning hands-on technical skills in a cutting-edge environment. This position is designed for recent graduates or individuals early in their hardware/IT journey who have a solid foundational understanding and a strong desire to grow into a full-time Lab Technician role. As a Lab Assistant, you will work onsite at the data center in Redmond Washington, assisting with hardware builds, basic troubleshooting, equipment setup, and general lab operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is eager to learn, and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
