About the Role The incumbent, reporting directly to the Associate Director of Financial Aid Client Services, is responsible for counseling and advising students on all related financial aid programs, eligibility criteria, application procedures, costs, indebtedness, and financial planning at all contracted schools. This role requires collaboration with students, families, and external university partners to deliver accurate information and supportive guidance. What You'll Do
- Counsel and advise students on financial aid programs, eligibility criteria, application procedures, costs, indebtedness, and financial planning.
- Review and interpret financial aid application data; determine eligibility; award aid for new and continuing students per packaging philosophies.
