Key Account Manager
Funciones principales:
- Administrar y potenciar la relación con clientes estratégicos
- Identificar oportunidades de negocio y crecimiento dentro de las cuentas asignadas.
- Cumplir y superar metas de ventas definidas por la compañía.
- Elaborar y ejecutar planes comerciales para cada cuenta.
- Coordinar con áreas internas (operaciones, producto, logística, etc.) para asegurar el cumplimiento del servicio ofrecido.
- Negociar condiciones comerciales, contratos y acuerdos con clientes.
- Realizar seguimiento continuo a indicadores de desempeño (KPIs).
- Levantar necesidades del cliente y canalizarlas internamente.
- Delegar y coordinar tareas operativas que no correspondan directamente a su área, asegurando foco en la gestión comercial.
- Mantener actualizada la información en CRM
- Realizar visitas periódicas a clientes en zona centro.
