Kaufmännische Leitung von Projekten von der Akquisition bis zur Abnahme beim Kunden unter Berücksichtigung von Terminen, Qualität und Kosten Verantwortung für alle kaufmännischen Kernaufgaben des Projekts (Finanzplanung, Kostenkontrolle, Reporting, Vertragsmanagement) sowie Erstellung von Angeboten inkl. Kalkulation und Vertragsunterlagen und Vorbereitung/Durchführung von Vertragsverhandlungen Enge Abstimmung mit technischen Projektteams und interdisziplinären Kolleg:innen Erfassung und Pflege von Projektdaten, Erarbeitung von kaufmännischen und terminlichen Vorgaben sowie Arbeitspaketen für die Fachabteilungen Erstellung von Projektreports und Präsentationen sowie Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Projektorganisation
