Job Summary
We are looking for a Whatsapp & Influencer Marketing Specialist, to support and execute iHerb’s Whatsapp and influencer marketing strategy for the Hong Kong market. This role will be based in Tokyo or in Seoul with a hybrid work model, and will focus on Whatsapp channel management, influencer partnerships, customer engagement, and localized campaign execution. This role is hybrid, may be based in Tokyo, Japan or Seoul, South Korea
This position is responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and community growth through WhatsApp marketing and influencer activations tailored to Hong Kong audience. We are looking for a hands-on marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the Hong Kong digital landscape, and can translate local market insights into impactful campaigns.
