About the Role The Junior Technical Trainer is part of Scania Academy in Torrejón Ardoz, supporting the design, delivery and improvement of technical training for Scania colleagues. This position is embedded in a permanent, full-time (or part-time when configured) environment and focuses on developing practical skills and knowledge across Scania's technical domains. What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging technical training sessions and hands-on learning activities for technicians and professionals.
- Create, review and update training materials, manuals and course curricula.
- Collaborate with Scania Academy and cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and measure training effectiveness. What We're Looking For
- Interest in technical education and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with a customer-centric mindset.
