About the Role Junior Technical Trainer at Scania Academy within the Human Resources department in Torrejón Ardoz, Madrid, Spain. This full-time, permanent role supports technical training initiatives to develop competencies across Scania's workshop and service network. What You'll Do
- Deliver and coordinate introductory and ongoing technical training programs for technicians and staff at Scania Academy.
- Develop and update training materials and curricula in collaboration with Scania Academy.
- Facilitate in-person training sessions at the Torrejón Ardoz site and support learners through assessments.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to align training with business goals.
- Support onboarding and continuous development of employees within the workshop and service network. What We're Looking For
